"I have been taking TeloYouth for 4/4/4/4 (16) capsules per day from December, 2020 and changed the amount to 4/6/4/6 (20) capsules per day since April, 2021. Before taking TeloYouth I couldn't sleep well because of insomnia. I used to go to bed at 10 p.m. but woke up around 1~2 a.m. When I woke up, sometimes I was able to go back to sleep around 3~4 a.m., but most of the time I couldn't get back to sleep. Also, I had low blood pressure for a long time and before April I had a blood pressure level of 75~90.
